When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

I love the lion 8D
On a critique note... maybe the girl should have a little more emotion? Be it a more dynamic pose or just more reaction to the fact that a huge spirit-looking lion is clawing toward her. -- My Club! I'm super impressed with how this has turned out!
It's really come a long way since the first submission of this piece. I really like the girls costume design and the details involved. I like how the beast has more "loose" details, as it really seems to give it flow, and a fluidity of movement. Top stuff man! That said, I think her gun hand still needs work. The thumb is looking better, but I still think it looks weird and could use more definition. Perhaps add in more of the heel of the palm, and thumb "connection" to the wrist. Also I really think that the gun stock still needs to be made a different colour, because as it is it tends to blend in with the rest of her red costume and it can be missed altogether on first looking at the pic. Of course most of that is just IMHO comments. Keep up the awesome work! -- Well that's just like.........your opinion man. Inspired by Redjuice? XD
on a whole, i would say that it would do better with an abstract background instead of what you have now, as it is kind of distracting and doesnt really contribute to the picture. -- [link] The girl well-drawn, I enjoy the angle her torso is turned. The legs, however, seems to be rather awkward position throwing her whole center of balance off. Perhaps the legs starting from the hips area are a little too close to the viewer?
Oh, and I love the way you drew the lion, the brush strokes are even and beautiful. Actually, scratch that, don't listen to anything I have to say, I'm not anywhere good enough to critic an amazing artist like yourself. |
